I am not planning on doing official challenges to BEAT DIABETES this year, but I am working hard on providing materials that will enable you to do just that. I have put together a series of videos that you can download that will give you the information aimed at helping you Beat Diabetes in 6 months. In this video series there are 32 videos which will give you the INFORMATION and the INSPIRATION to make the changes you need to make and bring your glucose levels back toward the normal range.
These videos are available to watch on YouTube, but the problem with that is that I have over 600 videos posted on YouTube, and it is hard to wade through the most important and fundamental videos that a newly diagnosed diabetic desperately needs to see. By downloading this series, you can quickly get to the most relevant and foundational truths that you must know to be able to quickly and thoroughly defeat the monster of diabetes.
