FEEDBACK

RECENT TESTIMONIES:

-- I'm 65 years old two days ago. And for the past 3 months I've been watching your videos. Now my morning is 109 and 2 hours after my meal it's under 140. I exercise at least 3 times a week. I walk every day and I changed my diet. Thank you. God bless you and your wife.

-- Thanks Dennis! (I beat diabetes before Thanksgiving, because I was getting ready for surgery).

-- Greetings from India, I'm following your diet advice even after lot of criticism. Now I'm fine. Grateful to you.

-- I'm 73 and remember very well when the low fat, no fat, fat free craze, like in crazy, came along. And right on the heels of that came the vegetarian, no meat craze. I wonder how many people were killed because of this? I fell for the vegetarian scam and was becoming quite ill. A1c rose to 6.3, blood pressure rising and weight gain. After my lab test came in, I went immediately to the grocery store and bought the healthiest, fattiest steak I could find, went very low carb clean keto. Haven't looked back. Six months later. A1c down 5.5, lower BP and lost the weight. Not looking back, I'm on a roll!

-- Fahrenheit invented the thermometer and said - 'if you don't measure something, you don't know much about it'- one needs to measure blood glucose for themselves to actually see what their food choices do to their own blood sugar numbers - get your own Mike the Meter and start to record the numbers...I suggested to a friend that she just become AWARE of the total carbs she was eating in a day - after six months her A1c went from 6.7 to 5.3 plus she lost a few pounds...never told her what to do, just asked her to become AWARE.

-- By the grace of God my husband did it, he ate all fresh foods & vegies found in the market, with salt & pepper only as flavoring no more snacking. 4 eggs daily. In 2 months his glucose normalized.

-- I went down from 6.5 to 4.4… by exercise, intermittent fasting (8-16) and low carb food (100 grams of carbs a day) I never took any medicine…. I am 67 years old (1.80 mtr. tall) and try to keep my weight between 72-75 kg. Stay away from processed foods…

-- I was diagnosed diabetic when I checked into the hospital for a severe UTI. They measured a blood glucose level of 509. I had gone low-carb a few weeks earlier, but it was too late. The doctor prescribed 2x 500mg Metformin per day. A1C was lower than I suspected - only 7.3. After just a few months on low-carb, 2 meals a day, and regular exercise, I quit the Metformin (I had cut the dose in half a few weeks prior). My blood glucose levels now average about 85, my A1C is back in the 5's, I've lost 50 of the 75 pounds I needed to lose, and the side effects of the Metformin are gone. This absolutely works if you do it right!

-- Your program works! I have been trying different methods for 20 years. Low carb and fasting is the only plan that has worked. I took up the challenge September 1, 2023. I had a check up last week, and my A1c was 5.5. Two yeas ago, it was 8.2 and there was talk of insulin. Typically, I have bacon and eggs for breakfast and soup and salad for lunch. Then, I do not have to eat for the rest of the day. Sunday morning, I have steak and 3 scrambled eggs at a local diner. I was over 200 pounds when diagnosed 25 years ago. By stopping snacking in the evening and cutting down on desserts, I had lost 40 pounds over ten years. Now I lost another 20 pounds. Thank you, brother!

-- I killed diabetes 2 by eating only: meat, dairy, salt, water, eggs, and seafood. My A1C in June was 6.6. Last week it was 5.6. I won!!!!

-- I have been following the low carb diet for 2 years and my bloods have generally stabilized in the normal range along with significant weight loss. Everything was coasting until a liver infection (minor) caused my normally stable glucose levels to perform erratically for 2-3 months. Went for a doc checkup and as part of a normal ultrasound, I was told I had a mild fatty liver. I praised God that if I hadn't gone low carb, my fatty liver might have been far worse. I also acknowledged that I had backslide a bit during the last few months, gorging on a lot of "keto snacks" such as keto cakes and beef jerky and a lot of "healthy fruits" such as blueberries etc. I decided to make 2 changes. First change was to try intermittent fasting, which means cutting breakfast and having my meals within the 1 pm - 9/10 pm window. I fast from 9/10 pm - 1 pm the next day (15-16 hours). Despite my restricted eating window, I didn't actually reduce my food intake. I merely compressed the eating window. (2) I increased my intake of green leafy vegetables, avocados and cheese and significantly reduced the "keto snacks". I also drastically reduced my fruit intake. I knew the fructose in fruits were bad, but I didn't think berries had that much fructose until i read it up online. Within 2 weeks, What happened to my body was nothing sort of a miracle. Not only have I lost a kilo, my blood sugars have dropped to new levels of normal. I was waking up to fasting levels of 4.3-4.8 mmol (prior to intermittent fasting, I was averaging 4.8-5.2), and my blood glucose throughout the day is stable at 5.1 - 5.8, with meal spikes never going above 7.1 mmol. Intermittent fasting, or time restricted eating - WORKS. The key is having the discipline to stick with the initial adjustment phase when you could feel some hunger.

-- It was reading comments in the YT videos that encouraged me to try low carb. So many people writing about what happened to them, so I decided to try it seriously for 3 months. And it worked.

-- Thank you! In the past 21 months, I have completely reversed T2 diabetes, wicked arthritis, high blood pressure, massive brain fog, and on and on. I'm 75 and it is wonderful to have no diagnoses take no pills, and have excellent energy. What I eat -- zero sugar, zero carbs, zero starches, zero seed oils, zero fruits and veges. I only eat two meals a day -- meat, eggs, butter, salt, and water. I love this way of eating. It is very satiating and I eat all I want. As a bonus, it is less expensive than the SAD, faster and easier to prepare and cook, and easier to clean the kitchen.

-- My A1C was from 6.8 to the 5.5 in 8 weeks with Keto diet. And I am happy with that.

-- A year ago I was insulin resistant. No doctor I saw in person told me what to do. At the time, I found Dr. Berg on YouTube and he recommended fasting, 2 meals per day, low carbs and low sugar diet. It worked. This is the recipe to good health.

Transition Time is Coming!

It is time that we start thinking about how to transition into the eating pattern that we will be adopting for the rest of our lives. Our "phase 1" programs is nearly over, and starting with the new year it will be time for "Phase 2." Obviously this does not mean that you go back to eating junk, poison, and high carb meals. But there are some protocols that can be relaxed. Be sure and watch my video to be posted this next Tuesday, where I will talk about how to transition from PHASE 1 to PHASE 2!

This is Your "Homework!"

This challenge is more than a way to eat. It involves gaining motivation to beat diabetes by hearing the truths that set diabetics free. You cannot afford to miss the recommended videos. So PLEASE, PLEASE take the time to watch these videos!

Get An Approximate A1c

To figure your A1c at home, test your glucose 5 times in one day:

Fasting glucose in the morning
One hour after lunch
Three hours after lunch
One hour after dinner
Before you go to bed
Average these five numbers (divide by 5)

Plug that number into the calculator ON THIS PAGE

This will be a pretty close approximation of your A1c at this time.
